Our Managing Director, Deniz Beese, was selected as the “Entrepreneur of the Year 2025” of the city of Recklinghausen by a jury headed by Mayor Axel Tschersich, under the patronage of Bauer Media Group.
Since 2020, Deniz has successfully led our EMZ Elektromaschinenzentrale GmbH through challenging market phases – with a clear vision for a modern, independent medium-sized company.
The award recognizes her entrepreneurial courage, strategic clarity, and consistent development of EMZ. Today, EMZ Elektromaschinenzentrale GmbH stands for high-performance drive technology with an international focus, modern structures, and a strong foundation of values that puts people first.
This honor is also recognition for our entire team: about 70 EMZ employees take on responsibility every day and actively contribute to our continued development. We sincerely thank the jury – and look forward to continuing this journey together!
