YOUR TASKS

The focus of your varied activity is on the sale of electric motors in the low-voltage range for various applications in industry. The range of products includes motors and frequency converters in the power range up to 1,000 kW. Your area of responsibility includes supporting our customers in all sales-related processes, in particular preparing offers, processing orders and supporting our customers – in addition to providing advice per telephone and in writing – mainly in person at the customer’s premises. YOUR TASKS

The focus of your varied activity is the sale of high-voltage motors and large drives for all applications in heavy industry. The product range includes squirrel cage and slip ring motors, synchronous machines as well as 100% interchangeable replicas in the power range from 200 to 20,000 kW. YOUR TASKS

YOUR TASKS

As an electronics technician for machine and drive technology, your varied training will consist of everything from the manufacture of windings to the assembly, commissioning and maintenance of electrical machines and drive systems.

The training period is 3.5 years.

Three times a year, block instruction takes place in Münster for 4-6 weeks. Accommodation will of course be provided on site.

Do you enjoy planning, transporting and packing? Then the warehouse logistics training area is just right for you! For your orientation, here are some theses that were written under our supervision in the past:

  • Product launch of the EMK 4.0 motor sensor
    In the bachelor thesis “Conception of a market entry strategy for the electric motor monitoring sensor EMK 4.0”, a market analysis was carried out in which the competing companies as well as the competing products were examined, and the latter were subsequently compared with the EMK 4.0. A sales strategy was then designed from the data obtained.
  • Conceptual design of market introduction processes
    In the bachelor thesis “Innovation marketing for EMZ GmbH – analysis and conceptual design of the market introduction process for special shredder drives”, the technical requirements for driving metal scrap shredders were determined and the market situation analysed. In the following/further, a marketing concept was created, and the identified technical requirements were compared with the technical design of the pre-series model.
  • Empirical Research on Authentic Leadership
    The master’s thesis entitled “Authentic Leadership as a future success factor for companies: An Empirical Study on the Impact of Authentic Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation and Job Quality” dealt with research on authentic leadership style and management of different generations. The aim of the research was to distinguish to what extent different manifestations of Authentic Leadership have an influence on the dependent variables of job satisfaction, job motivation and job quality in different age groups of employees.
